As of tomorrow 12/19/08 at 9AM Salem will be on lock down. The DPW has already declared a snow emergency. Since this is the first emergency of the season we wanted to remind you that you are not allowed to park on the street and that the municipal lots will be open for you to use. Upon exiting from the garage or lots you pay only $1, not a bad deal.
