April 1st Salem changes

Written by Mr. Salem on April 1st, 2008 No Comments

The face of Salem starts to change today on April 1. Many of the tourist related museums are scheduled to open back up. If you checked out our earlier post you know that street sweeper start clearing the winter sand from the roads. But more importantly cheap and expensive beer is once again flowing.

The Lobster Shanty Salem

The Lobster Shanty

Is back in action. Starting today warm beer, lousy food, rude bartenders, surly waitresses, cranky cooks and rowdy regulars have their summer home back. Look for cheap beer, live music and Salem friends new and old to be hanging out on Artists Row.

Gulu-Gulu cafe Salem

Gulu- Gulu Cafe

Our friends over at G2C are back in full force with a brand spanking new liquor license and fun new hours. Open till 10pm Sunday - Wednesday and till 1am Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Bring on the beers!

No, this is not an April fools post. It’s the real deal baby.
